The rate is ~80 dollars for single occupancy per night and 10 dollars more for a two-bed room. MKF will try to get a discounted group rate. Otherwise, advanced booking discount, senior discount and AAA discount may apply.  Each room has a fully equipped kitchenette. Wireless internet access is available in each room.
--  Kashiwaya Sensei has stayed there before, it is a quick drive to both seminar locations.
